Terms of Service

These terms govern quotes, orders, and services provided by SP101, Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the written quote and artwork proof, and any required deposit is received. Nothing is printed before you approve the final proof.

Minimums

Screen printing orders have a 24-piece minimum. DTF transfers and embroidery have no minimum order.

Artwork

Custom artwork setup is included free with every order. You are responsible for having the rights to any logos, images, or text you supply. We may decline to print content that infringes on third-party rights.

Turnaround and rush service

Our standard turnaround is 2 weeks; we average 5 business days. Rush service is available at a flat rate based on the time frame required, including same-day production on select items. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, though we make every effort to meet your deadline.

Delivery and pickup

Local pickup is available at our Rogersville shop, including after-hours pickup by request. Delivery is free on orders over $2,000 when requested; we also offer shipping anywhere in Alabama. Risk of loss passes to you upon pickup or carrier handoff.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-returnable except where we have made an error, in which case we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
