Custom Apparel Pricing, Explained
Straight answers before you request your free quote.
Pricing depends on quantity, number of colors, and print locations. Bulk orders (24+ shirts) get volume discounts — the more you order, the lower the per-shirt cost.
Screen printing has a 24-piece minimum. For orders under 24 pieces, we’ll use DTF transfers or embroidery instead — neither method has a minimum, so even a single item is no problem.
Yes — custom artwork setup is included free with every order, no hidden design fees.
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count and item type (polos, hats, jackets), quoted after we see your logo.
DTF is ideal for small orders or detailed, multi-color designs since there’s no per-color setup fee like screen printing.
Yes — ask about our team/event sponsorship discounts, plus free online team stores for fundraising with no upfront cost.
Our standard turnaround is 2 weeks, though we average 5 business days on most orders. In a hurry? We offer rush service at a flat rate based on your time frame, including same-day turnaround on select items — just tell us your deadline when you request your quote.
Local pickup is always available at our Rogersville shop. Delivery is free on orders over $2,000 when requested, and we offer shipping anywhere in Alabama.
