To return a SP101 Custom Apparel product: You must email or message SP101 Custom Apparel a formal complaint. If the issue is not resolved by message then the product can be return.
What can be returned: If a item was damage or print incorrecly by SP101 then we will replace the item.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are custom to the order can not be return . Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Most items are not egilable for returns, due to most items being custom to the order/ store.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

- Contact SP101 Custom Apparel
- Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
